2. Service Description

NeuroTrader™ provides behavioural performance intelligence, execution feedback, trader reflection systems, behavioural pattern recognition, digital frameworks, and educational resources for traders.

NeuroTrader™ is designed to help users understand trading behaviour, execution consistency, emotional patterns, and behaviour under market context.

3. No Financial Advice

NeuroTrader™ does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Trading recommendations
• Buy or sell signals
• Portfolio management
• Asset management
• Brokerage services
• Execution services

All information is provided for educational, analytical, and behavioural awareness purposes only.

4. No Trading Signals

NeuroTrader™ does not tell users what to buy, sell, hold, or trade.

Any observations, feedback, scores, pattern labels, reflections, or analysis are intended to help users understand their own behaviour and execution patterns.

5. No Performance Guarantees

NeuroTrader™ does not guarantee:

• Profitability
• Better trading results
• Reduced losses
• Improved win rate
• Improved performance
• Any specific financial outcome

Trading involves substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your own trading decisions
• Your financial risk
• Your broker accounts
• Your trading strategy
• Your interpretation of NeuroTrader™ feedback
• Keeping your account secure
• Providing accurate information

You agree not to rely on NeuroTrader™ as financial advice.

7. Account Use

You agree to:

• Use NeuroTrader™ lawfully
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Not share access unlawfully
• Not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service
• Not misuse platform data or content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Digital Products and Frameworks

NeuroTrader™ may sell digital frameworks, PDFs, workbooks, templates, and educational resources.

These products are provided for educational and behavioural development purposes only.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share, or commercially exploit NeuroTrader™ digital products without written permission.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Billing occurs according to the plan selected at checkout.
• You may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation process available in your account or through support.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior or current billing periods unless required by law or stated in a specific policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All NeuroTrader™ software, branding, content, frameworks, methodologies, designs, text, workflows, scoring systems, and educational materials are owned by NeuroTrader™ or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• Redistribute
• Reproduce
• Reverse engineer
• Modify
• Publish
• Share paid content publicly

without written permission.

11. User Content

You may submit trading data, notes, reflections, calibration responses, reviews, and other inputs.

You retain ownership of your user content.

You grant NeuroTrader™ permission to process and use that content to provide the service, generate insights, improve functionality, and operate the platform.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

NeuroTrader™ may be updated, modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroTrader™ is not liable for:

• Trading losses
• Financial losses
• Lost profits
• Missed opportunities
• Incorrect trading decisions
• Market losses
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Platform downtime
• Data import errors

Use of NeuroTrader™ is at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeuroTrader™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific trading goals.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay fees, or create security or legal risks.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of NeuroTrader™ after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
