Framework Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
NeuroTrader™ Frameworks are digital products.
They may include PDFs, workbooks, templates, downloads, digital resources, or other online materials.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once access has been granted.
2. No Refunds After Access
Once access to a NeuroTrader™ Framework, workbook, template, downloadable resource, or digital product has been provided, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be issued.
3. Immediate Access and Withdrawal Waiver
Before purchasing a digital framework, customers may be required to confirm:
“I agree to receive immediate access to this digital product and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once access is granted.”
By confirming this at checkout and receiving access, you agree that your purchase becomes final.
4. Review Before Purchasing
Please review the product description, contents, format, compatibility, and requirements carefully before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, contact support before purchase.
5. Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, contact support.
We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the purchased product.
Technical access issues do not automatically create a refund right if the product can be delivered or access can be restored.
6. Duplicate Purchases
Duplicate purchases caused by technical error may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. No Results Guarantee
NeuroTrader™ Frameworks are educational and behavioural tools.
They do not guarantee trading results, profitability, discipline, consistency, or financial performance.
